·         Design and develop test cases upon functional and design specifications.

• Responsible to tracking and logging defects during execution.

·         Execute planned testing tasks and provide timely and accurate analysis of findings.

• Generating reports such as defect analysis report, project status report, etc.

·         UAT Testing.

·         Escalate issues on timely manner to management.

·         Must be able to take responsibility for gap analysis, requirement gathering & functional specifications.

·         Good Analytical skills including reviewing business requirement documents, eliciting requirements

& preparing functional specifications etc

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills

·         Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure/ multi tasking.

• Demonstrate relationship building and teamwork skills within all levels of the organization in a collaborative effort
• Should be able to understand customer / end users requirements and should own the issue till closure.
