10 | Salary Package | Pay Range :
· IINR 16,000/- CTC for first 6 months (first 30 days will be considered as training period and candidate will be paid fixed stipend of INR 13,560/-). For more details, please refer the letter of intent. · INR 18,000 CTC from 7th month onwards · Additional INR 1,000/- for full attendance monthly (paid every quarter). Incentive/ Bonus:
· Incentive of minimum INR 2,500/- as soon as the consultant goes live on account (paid every quarter).
Training Period: · 5 Weeks of training will be imparted to Trainees. · If an employee leaves the organization within 6 months of joining (after completing the training and before completing 6 months in the system), then the cost of training of INR 20,000/- will be recovered by the trainee. |
