10 | Note | Note: The Trainee will work for the company for a minimum period of at least 2 years after completion of on Job Training, which will be for 1 year (Total 3 years). The Trainee has to sign a contract to that effect.
In the event of the Trainee leaving the companies service within the above said period, he/she will be liable to pay 3 months -CTC amount as compensation to the Company at the time of resignation. On successful completion of 4th year of service with the establishment, Retention Bonus will be paid towards the same. Other terms and conditions of appointment including as stated in the Notes section above will be briefed to students during our visit to your campus. Request you to also share information with the Students in advance. |
