10 | Salary Package | The working hours in our company would be 11 hours per day for all engineering staff. Also the salary for ITI’s would be on 11 hours basis.
This is in hand salary other than leaves and bonus as per rules will be provided After one year salary will be based on performance however for engineers in the range of 12,000 to 14,000/- with additional benefit of ESIC and PF as per company rules. Bond would be for 3 years either deposits of original documents, if the candidate wants to leave he will have to pay back two months equivalent salary at the time of leaving. or they can deposit the cheque of Rs.25,000/- at the time of joining. |
