9 Job Roll & Qualities for Business Development Profile Job Role:  Using and exploring full range of product mix to amalgamate the marketing mix for promoting and cashing the business opportunities through marketing communications ensuring brand is build along with developing the business. ü  Preparing marketing collaterals, business proposals and quotes, writing letters and mail communication maintaining e-mail etiquette. ü  Identifying potential customers information through data mining using various methodologies and sources and profiling customers and their requirements. ü  Need Analysis, need creation and igniting the latent needs of suspected customers to convert it into prospects. ü  Apart from generating Sales leads, candidate is required to navigate entire sales process till it’s closer. 10 Place of posting during probation and after probation period Initially at Ahmedabad & Mumbai, then can be relocated to any where in India including Bhubaneswar, depending on company’s expansion plan.

11 Salary Package For B.Tech

During Training 9,000 to 14,000
Training Duration 6 Months
After Training Upto 2 .4 Lakh PA depending on performance

For MBA

During Training 14,000 to 15,000
Training Duration 6 Months
After Training 3 Lakh PA depending on performance
12 Service Bond Security Chq of Rs.50,000.00 to be deposited with the company at the time of joining along with service bond. The Chq is to be returned after candidate completes 2 years of engagement with the company. In case the candidate breaks the bond within 2 years of joining, the security Chq would be deposited by the company to cash it as a compensation against the training cost incurred.
13 Bond period 1.5 years after completion of training period. I,e Total 2 years from the date of joining.
14 Maximum back paper allowed at the time of appearing the process No Back log students are allowed
