Salary Package |
- During the training program, the candidates shall be offered Rs. 8000/-per month
- Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidates shall be absorbed as associate consultant (maximum up to 3,00,000 PA) depending upon their performance during the training
- Candidates must sign a service agreement of 36 months (after the training period)
The candidates CAN’T leave during the training period else they will have to pay the service agreement amount |

Job Profile |
- Understanding of business requirements
- Work on international and domestic ERP (SAP/IFS) implementation and support projects
- Work closely as part of the ERP (SAP/IFS) consulting team
- Assist senior consulting team members in project planning, system configuration, testing, documentation and training
- Provide solutions to the customers based on industry and SAP/IFS best practices
- Driving the development of functional and system specifications
- Conducting fit/gap analysis and business process modeling
- Develope and execute tests to confirm the functionality
- Provide support for deployment and sustainment as necessary

- Must have good communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of a foreign language (especially German) a huge advantage
- Good basic understanding of business processes (Finance / Sales / Production / Operations / Materials / Procurement / Logistics)
