2.    Candidate would be eligible for Rs.200/- DA per day (included in  CTC) based on your attendance (Physical presence at Site).

3.    There would be a part of CTC i.e. Rs.500/-(Five Hundred Only) p.m. deducted as ‘Loyalty Addition  Bonus’ every month till 24 months from DOJ , which would be reimbursed to  only after successful completion of two years tenure with our organization , in case of separation before two years tenure this amount would not be reimbursed.

4.    Candidate would be signing a 2 year service agreement with RITPL and if candidate fail to complete 1 year company will take actions against.

5.    As a part service agreement, company will hold first month full salary as security, which will release after completion of 12 Months of service.

2.    Should know the Crimping of network cables like cross cable and Straight cable.

3.    Ability to troubleshoot the problem Quickly so as to keep minimum downtime and also to work under client pressure.

4.    Good communication and convincing skill.

5.    Equipment verification after delivery on site.(Labour Monitoring)

6.    Civil work supervision.

7.    Drilling and Equipment Erection (Self work)

8.    Cabling via duct and Chambers.

9.    Network Cabling, Equipment Connection, Installation  & testing of toll plaza Equipment. (self work)

10.  Final Integration of all equipment deployed at site as per client purchase order (Self work)

11.   To use millimeter to measure physical parameters like voltage ,current etc.

12.  Installation of operating system like windows XP/7,Linux Along with software like oracle ,crystal report, TV tuner card, MOXA card Adobe.
