Ennoble IP is an IP Consultancy focused to work for STARTUPS, SMEs, UNIVERSITIES & RESEARCH INSTITUTE. Indian Universities, SMEs and startups have huge potential and do lot of innovations, but lack of awareness put them behind and simultaneously lose their valuable IP assets. We at Ennoble IP take pledge to raise this awareness among Indian Entity and protect their IP through best solution at reasonable cost.
Intellectual Property is being increasingly viewed as one of the most valuable intangible assets. Managing this important asset requires strategic planning along the lines of the company’s vision. We help clients identify, protect, manage and exploit their Intellectual Property to its full potential.
Intellectual Property, of recent, is also playing a vital part in organization’s plans of growth. We help clients identify synergies in IP portfolio and even identification of IP from seed level for facilitating decision making.
We help our clients in Generating, Identifying, protecting, commercializing their IP rights. In short Ennoble IP believes that Universities, SMEs, Startps, individual inventors/scientists/ R&D personnel, managing Intellectual Property would mean providing hand-holding support through stages of IP life-cycle from conceptualization and protection to commercialization stage.
We also undertake educational initiatives and impart knowledge through workshop, lectures and training to interested parties which range from employees in an organization, R&D personnel to aspiring college students. |

Purpose of the Job |
The main purpose of the role is to handle legal aspects of patent applications which may include patent
searching, technical writing, case management, preparation of forms, POA, and other documents. The role
may directly interface with attorney and clients to capture patent case history and managing it. |

Main Accountabilities |
▪ Patent Search: Patentability, Novelty, Infringement, FTO
▪ Prepare Search Report
▪ Assemble disclosure data, drawings, and other material needed to search patent.
▪ Draft formal papers (i.e., power of attorney, assignment, Forms 1, 2, 3, 5, 26 etc.)
▪ Draft Application Disclosure Statement.
▪ Draft cover letters, form preparation
▪ Prepare online application for IPO
▪ Prepare and record assignment documentation
▪ Prepare portfolio update for clients
▪ Perform other tasks or participate in other projects as required
Training
▪ Continually build knowledge of intellectual property through participation in training provided by
Ennoble IP using internal and external resources.
▪ Learning about aspects of portfolio management and act as virtual legal personnel for start-ups and
midsized companies. |

▪ To work closely with the attorneys and inventors based in US/Europe/India
▪ To interact occasionally with external consultants
▪ To handle any other reasonable task as specified by management |

Career Progression |
Ennoble IP is committed to provide a great career progression to the individuals and exposing them to the
best in the intellectual property area.
During the initial phase in this role, the individual will be trained by high experienced Indian techo-legal
attorneys on nuances of patent management, and handling patent cases.
In the medium to longer term, based on the interest of an individual, we plan to develop this role as
leader for managing large team.
For performing and bright individuals, we are open to offer employee stocks in the medium to long term
to incentivise the commitment to the company. |

Skills/ Experience Required
|
▪ B-Tech –CSE, ECE, EE and EEE & MCA from a recognized university or Institute – preference would be given to those
engineering backgrounds. At least knowledge on patent paralegal duties and knowledge on the Legal Department of any reputed multinational or local company or in a law firm).
▪ Proven ability to drive a group towards a common objective
▪ Good English language skills
▪ Ability to make sensitive decisions
▪ Ability to consistently perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, all
