12 | Job Profile | 1) Position:-Relationship Manager Job description:- – Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of JD Omni in the minds of new/existing prospective clients. – Candidate has to meet every kind of business / commercial establishment an educate them how Just Dial Omni is beneficial for them. – Contact customers to offer or persuade them to purchase the services. – Explains advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customer’s interest. – Candidate will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to visit the business establishments ( small to big) , meet the customers and sell JD Omni. – Answer customer’s questions pertaining to service being offered. Desired Competencies Knowledge- Excellent knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Good Computer Knowledge Excellent communications skills in English and regional language. They should have fair idea about local locations or areas in and around Mumbai. Skills- Talking to customers and effectively convey information. Judging Customer Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer. Listening to what Customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer. Attitude- Sales strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Experience- Front Line Sales or sales experience would be an added advantage or MBA fresher (Sales/ Marketing specialization ) CTC Offered:- Rs.3.60 Lacs PA + Incentives.
