Job Description: • Understanding the requirements through complete research. • Involve into complete life cycle of recruitment like sourcing, screening, preliminary interview, negotiation and joining formalities. • Sourcing suitable resumes through various sources like job portal, existing database, referrals and social contacts. • Screening the profiles based on the parameters given by the clients • Conducting telephonic/preliminary Interviews of candidates to check their technical skills, communication skills and suitability as per the requirement of the clients • Briefing the candidates about the job profile, responsibilities, Salary Packages, and client’s profile etc. • Must keep complete follow up with candidates and clients, and scheduling the interviews within given time limit and close the position. • Ability to handle multiple positions at a time. • Maintaining of daily MIS report. Researching and gathering information of prospective corporate of different industry. 2. Organize meets with HR Manager or Decision Maker of corporate to whom they meet. 3. Prepare and submit daily reports sheet consisting of location covered, companies tapped and meetings set and update CRM Software. 5.
