1 Company & Name Our client is into Mobility / Tablet and Web Application Development.

3 How is your man power distribution ratio in terms of Freshers & Experienced 60% fresher/trainees
4 Designation of the posts Trainee Software Engineers

6 What are the branches you are going to hire from B.Tech-CSE/IT, ECE, EE & MCA
7 Academic criteria Candidates should have at least 60% in B.Tech /(MCA) with no standing arrears.
8 Place of posting during probation and after probation period Gurugaon
9 Salary Package 1 – 3 months: Stipend would be Rs. 5,000.

4-   6 months: Salary would be Rs. 7,000.

7-   18 months: Salary would be up to 2.4 Lac. (based on the performance) but not less than 1.2 Lac
10 Service Bond No Monetary deposit, only service bond

 

Based on the performance of the candidates during three months training, the best talent will be absorbed on our payroll and rest all the other trainees will receive a training certificate of three months.

 

Student has to sign Service Agreement for two Years after completing 3 months training.

Separation Clause: If any candidate wants to leave the company before completing 2yrs then he will be liable to pay Rs. 1 Lakh to the company as penalty charges
