12 Key Skills & Responsibilities for Jr. Software Engineer

 

Key Skills

·         Exposure to .NET environment

·         Require Basic Programming Knowledge, RDBMS Knowledge, T/PL SQL Knowledge.

·         Good Object Oriented Principle,Analytical and Logical reasoning skills

·         Exposure using SQL server

·         Good grades in college is added advantage.

·         Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions

·         Knowledge of database systems and SQL (T-SQL preferred)

·         Write well-designed, testable code complying with project plans and industry standards

·         Document and maintain software functionality

·         Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

·         Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

·         Ensure software is updated with latest features

13 Key Skills & Responsibilities for Trainee – Voice Key Skills:

·         Excellent in English communication (writing and speaking)

·         Good analytical and problem solving skills

·         Willing to Work In Night Shift (US Shift)

Responsibilities:

·         Check online for outstanding payments and accurately document the conversation or/and findings on patient account according to the standard protocols

·         Adhere to policies, procedures and systems for quality assurance

·         Ensure accuracy to optimize reimbursement while adhering to regulations

·         Work with the Process Manager to ensure that all client deliverables are met consistently

·         Adhere to objectives, operating policies and procedures, and strategic action plans for achieving goals
