We have requirement for our Operations team. candidates with high energy, analytical skills, multilingual, communication skills and willing to travel extensively would be ideal fit for the role. Please find the JDs in the attachment.
We will be initially placing them with designation ” Executive Trainee”. Post successful completion of their training, their final placement will be confirmed based on their skills sets and performance Post placement, the candidates would be handling 4 to 6 branches and team of around 20 people. Apart from Cluster Manager we are looking for Asst Managers in Internal Auditor where salary is same.
Salary range for Cluster Manager (per annum): INR 3,14,000 Fixed CTC + INR 50,000 ( Variable Pay)

Job Location : The candidate should be willing to work anywhere in India.
