14 Job Profile •        Sourcing of candidates (Resumes/CV) based on the JD/Skill requirements through various job sites and other sources such as Headhunting, professional networking sites etc.

•        Short listing of candidates

•        .Working directly with end client requirements like Tier1vendors/Implementation partners.

•        Partners network on a regular basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.

•        Marketing OPT, H1B, GC, and Citizen Consultants.

•        Interacting with candidates to check their interest on specific JD/JO concerned

•        Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates

•        Follow-ups with candidates

Desired Student Profile •        Effective communication skills, influencing skill and interpersonal skills

•        Social media & Google savvy

•        Willing to work under pressure.

•        Must be willing to work independently
